 Seminar for Developing Group Work in Halliwick

 

The Seminar is designed to develop participant's abilities to lead groups and adapt activities for attaining defined objectives based upon the principles of the Halliwick Approach.

 

It is designated for graduates of the basic Halliwick course who hold a certificate from the International Halliwick Association.

 

Seminar Objectives

  • Reviewing the Halliwick Approach

  • Gaining deeper understanding of the importance of games in development and in the motor learning process.

  • Building an organized group work program based on the principles of the Halliwick Approach.

  • Applying the principles of the Halliwick Approach in the treatment process and in swimming instruction through group work , games and fun.

 

Seminar Format

It is a one-day seminar that includes theoretical instruction and practical work in the pool.

 

Lecturer: Merav Hadar-Frumer, Senior Lecturer, Halliwick Association

 

All participants will receive a certificate from the International Halliwick Association.
